NoBroker Technologies declared ‘The Workplace of the Year’ at THRIVE 2023 organized by the IBC

Mumbai, August 10, 2023: The Human Resources Ideas & Voices Event (THRIVE) 2023 and the Digital Services Awards and Conferences (D-SERVE) 2023 by the Indian Business Council were held on August 10, 2023 at the K J Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai. The event witnessed inspiring talks, thought-provoking discussions, and countless networking opportunities for the HR and Digital Services fraternity. The winners of THRIVE and D-SERVE Awards were also announced on the same day.

The winners of THRIVE 2023 include NoBroker Technologies, SBICAP Securities Limited, Flipkart, Sodexo, Kaya, Muthoot Microfin, Zebpay, L&T Construction, and Writer Business Services among others. Lulu Hypermarket, Reliance Jio, Microsoft, ITC, Nestle, X Cubelo, KreditBee, Performics India, Digitas, Nothing Else Matters, Intent Farm, and ProManage bagged the awards at DSERVE 2023. The most prestigious award of the day for ‘The Workplace of the Year’ was bagged by NoBroker Technologies, while the title for ‘The Best Digital Financial Inclusion Provider’ was won by KreditBee. Talking about the event, Ravi Mishra, Global HR Head – Advanced Materials Business | A Division of Grasim Industries Ltd. (Aditya Birla Group) said, “THRIVE 2023 was an excellent gathering of minds mostly from HR organizations and young students and faculty of K J Somaiya Institute of Management. I participated as a juror to assess the nominee applications for the awards and also as a speaker in one of the panels. The speaker line up was pretty impressive and the quality of applications for the awards were remarkable. I appreciate all who made THRIVE 2023 happen in an excellent way.”

The event started with the keynote address of Ms. Savita Pisal, CHRO - Infrastructure Business, Shapoorji Pallonji Group. She spoke about ‘Seizing the window of opportunity: How Human Resources can transform into a strategic partner and demonstrate business value?’ It was followed by a special address on ‘Reimagining the future of L&D for senior leaders’ by Mr. John Kallelil, Founder & CEO, XED.

The conference also featured several panel discussions on important topics such as Employees as customers: A change in mindset, strategy and approach for Employee Experience leaders; Skill-based Organizations: Upskilling, reskilling and embracing a new talent management model; AI-based Digital Services: Transforming industries and enhancing user experiences; Giving Talent Acquisition a facelift: Attracting and retaining candidates in a tough labor market with Talent Intelligence; and, a mid-year HR assessment: What’s only hype, what’s real and what to expect next? Talking about the conference, Ashwini Pisharody, Team-HR, Kaya Clinic said, “The event was well organized and highly informative, thanks to the exceptional panels.
