The Hunt for India’s Smartest Young Brains
NEXT-GEN LEADERS (NGL) 2022 is a unique initiative by the Indian Business Council (IBC) to recognize and reward the smart business ideas by the young and genius minds of the country. The idea of this program is to not only encourage entrepreneurial thinking among the kids but also provide a national-level platform to exhibit their unique concepts before the leaders of the Indian business ecosystem.
Applicants will get a chance to submit their Business Ideas to the Decision-Makers of some of the largest companies in India.
The Top-5 Applicants will get a chance to present their ideas to the Grand Jury who will decide the ULTIMATE WINNER!
The Winner will receive the prestigious Trophy and Certificate from the Grand Jury in an International Webcast (Date to be announced soon; watch this space for updates).
The Winner and the top-5 nominees will be announced on the IBC Social Media Platforms and in the media outlets.
IBC will conduct an exclusive video interview of the Winner which will be published and promoted on its YouTube Channel.

Key Points to Note
The Business Idea shared by the applicants will be judged on the following criteria all carrying equal weightage:
1) Originality/Uniqueness of the Idea
2) Execution Plan
3) Marketing Activities to promote the Business
4) Social Impact of the proposed Business
Top-5 scorers will get a chance present their ideas to the Grand Jury over a video conference.
The decision of IBC and the Grand Jury will be final and binding, and cannot be contested.
The program is divided into two groups, and the Enrolment Fee will be as follows:
1) Std. VI – VIII: INR 2000
2) Std. IX – XII: INR 3000
The Enrolment Fee is non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable.
The Business Ideas have to be submitted by filling the application form which can be supported by attaching additional files (image, video, doc, ppt, etc.)
