Why Should You Participate in THRIVE?
HR is no more a small department with manual and time-consuming processes. Instead, it has grown bigger and bigger as the corporate sector realized that while ‘the customer is the king,’ without the right human resource, the king may never happen to their business.
As Steve Wynn, the CEO of Wynn Resorts Limited, said, “Human Resources isn’t a thing we do. It’s the thing that runs our business.”
THRIVE is all about celebrating this spirit, finding newer ways, and discussing techniques to grow further collaboratively and collectively. Thus, it will witness the congregation of some of the country’s top HR leaders, CHROs, CPOs, HR Directors & VPs, and Employee Experience thought leaders. The mix of attendees at the event will be about 15% HR Thought Leaders, 25% CHROs/CPOs, 40% HR Directors & VPs, and 20% Learning Officers/Talent Acquisition Leads/Head of EX.
There will be people sharing their experiences and learnings in the Talent Management industry, L&D, DEI, HR Tech, People Analytics, Performance Management, Workforce Management, Recruitment & Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
The Motto this year is - “Reflect, Rethink, and Reimagine the new normal for the workplace while turning around the image of Human Resources.”
THRIVE 2023 is an excellent opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals, learn about the latest trends and innovations in the industry, network with potential partners, and recognize outstanding achievements in HR and L&D.
