THRIVE, or The Human Resource Ideas & Voices Event (THRIVE), is an annual event organized by the Indian Business Council. 2023 is extra-special since it is also the inaugural edition of the event. Why Should You Participate in THRIVE?
HR is no more a small department with manual and time-consuming processes. Instead, it has grown bigger and bigger as the corporate sector realized that while ‘the customer is the king,’ without the right human resource, the king may never happen to their business.

THRIVE is all about celebrating this spirit, finding newer ways, and discussing techniques to grow further collaboratively and collectively.
